Terri Bauer
Project Coordinator

Terri was born in Wyoming and raised in Idaho, where she has lived since the age of five. Growing up in an Army family instilled in her a strong work ethic, adaptability, and resilience—qualities that have defined her 35-year career in the construction industry.

Over the course of her career, Terri has built extensive experience across material sales, contract administration, and bookkeeping. She developed particular expertise in road, highway, bridge, and airport construction, contributing to complex infrastructure projects with precision and professionalism.

Since joining Prusik as Project Coordinator, Terri has overseen all vendor compliance activities with exceptional attention to detail. In a short time, her role has expanded to include managing subcontractor billings and providing executive support to the CEO, reflecting both her capability and the trust she has earned.

Outside of work, Terri enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, son, and their two dogs, embracing the same energy and enthusiasm in her personal life that she brings to her professional endeavors.
