GENERAL CONTRACTING
Prusik works with the owner, project architect and engineers to provide a quality team experience. We are with you from building permits and site development, through construction and final project inspections. As the general contractor, Prusik will always work to build relationships, ensure quality and avoid budget escalation.
DESIGN-BUILD
During the design-build process Prusik creates a partnership with you. We listen to your goals & needs and assemble a responsive and cohesive project team that will bring your project to life. In utilizing the design-build delivery method, owners can benefit from eliminating the risk of managing multiple contracts as well as reduce lengthy project durations by concurrently progressing the design and construction phase. In design-build Prusik can more readily control costs and schedules, including offering a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In the construction management process, Prusik develops a collaborative relationship with the owner design team, contractors, and our employees. From project concept through warranty, Prusik provides complete transparency to ensure all project owner’s expectations are exceeded.
