Nate Bohachek
Superintendent

With 13 years in commercial construction, Nate Bohachek has built a reputation for delivering complex projects efficiently and to the highest standards. As a superintendent and general Superintendent, he has led teams through challenging builds, managed tight schedules, and navigated on-site complexities with a problem-solving mindset.  His projects have a wide range including medical tenant improvements, light industrial, public works, hospitality, Government Services Administration tenant improvements, and light civil.

Outside of work, Nate is a proud husband and father of two boys. He finds joy in outdoor adventures like hiking and camping with his family, alongside gathering with friends. A hands-on craftsman at heart, he channels his creativity through welding, building furniture, and working on cars.

 

Nate takes pride in his ability to adapt, keep projects running smoothly, and build strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and clients alike—qualities that drive his eagerness to further expand his expertise in multi-family developments and contribute to the innovative projects that define Prusik's work.
